What a package comes to depends on three things: the platform you are building on, how many pages the store really needs, and whether identity work — logo, colours, packaging — is part of the job. What happens after you pick a package

No long onboarding. Four stages from first message to a store you can sell from.

Send a message

Tell me the platform, the product and roughly when you want to launch. A short call or a few messages is usually enough.

Scope and quote

I confirm what the package covers for your case, what it does not, and the timeline. You approve before anything starts.

Design rounds

You see structure first, then full design. Feedback happens at both points, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

Handover

Files, assets and the spacing and type rules go to you or straight to your developer.

The things founders usually ask before starting.

How long does a store design take?
A storefront design typically runs two to four weeks depending on how many page types you need and how quickly feedback comes back. Brand identity work adds roughly a week. I confirm the timeline in writing before starting.
Do you build the store, or only design it?
Both are possible. On Salla, Zid and Shopify I can design and set the store up. For WordPress and OpenCart I usually design and hand structured files to your developer — I stay available through build so the live store matches the design.
Can you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. I design right-to-left first rather than flipping a finished English layout, which is what usually breaks Arabic stores. Bilingual stores get both directions designed properly.
What if I already have a brand?
Then we use it. I work inside your existing colours, type and logo, and flag anything that will cause problems on screen before the design starts.
How do payments work?
Split across the project — a deposit to book the slot and the balance at handover. Larger projects can be split further. Exact terms come with the quote.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product photos or catalogue, your logo and brand files if you have them, and a sense of who is buying. If any of that is missing, we work out what is needed in the first conversation.

Which e-commerce platforms do you design for?

Salla, Zid, WordPress (WooCommerce), OpenCart, Shopify and Easy Order. Salla and Zid are where most of my work lives, so those move fastest.

How long does a store design take?

A focused storefront usually takes a few days. A full identity plus store — logo, colours, packaging and every page — takes longer. I give you a real timeline after we talk.

Do you design in Arabic and English?

Yes. I design Arabic RTL layouts first and build the English version from them, so neither language ends up looking like a translation.

What do you need from me to start?

Your platform, your products, your logo if you have one, and one sentence about who you're selling to. If you don't have a logo yet, I'll design that too.
