Create an Online Store

From an idea and a folder of product photos to a storefront designed end to end and ready to publish.

Most new stores are not held back by the platform. They are held back by starting with a theme instead of a decision — what you sell, who buys it, and what a stranger needs to see before they trust you with a card. That is the part this covers, and it is the part that decides whether the store sells.

  • Platform chosen for your products
  • Arabic RTL laid out first
  • Handed over ready to publish

What you get

A first store that does not look like a first store

The screens, the structure and the decisions behind them — in the order they actually need making.

The platform decision first

Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce or OpenCart — chosen from your catalogue, your buyers and who will run the store daily, before anything is drawn.

A catalogue that can be browsed

Categories, filters and product pages structured around how people actually look for what you sell, so the store still works at two hundred products.

The full purchase path

Homepage, category, product, cart and checkout — designed as one flow, because a beautiful homepage in front of a confusing checkout sells nothing.

The trust pages

Shipping, returns, contact and about — plain, clear and designed. These are the pages a first-time buyer checks before paying a stranger.

Arabic RTL from the start

The Arabic layout is drawn first, with numerals, forms and icon direction correct rather than mirrored at the end.

A handover you can publish

Organised source files, every export and the type and spacing rules, so the live store matches what you approved.

How it runs

Four stages, and you see the work at each one

The expensive decisions are made first, while changing them is still free.

Discovery

What you sell, who buys it, and which platform fits — settled before a single screen is drawn.

Structure

Wireframes for every page type, reviewed with you, so the shape of the store is agreed first.

Design

The visual layer applied across the whole store, Arabic first and mobile first.

Handover

Files organised for your platform, plus the rules a developer needs so the published store matches the design.

At a glance

The practical details

Typical timeline
Two to four weeks for a focused first store. What usually stretches it is product photography and copy, not the design.
Platforms
Salla, Zid, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, OpenCart and Easy Order.
What you need ready
Your products with prices, photographs or a plan for them, and a decision on shipping and returns.
You keep
The editable source files, every export and the structure notes — all of it yours at handover.

Questions

Starting from nothing

I have no logo and no brand yet. Can we still start?
Yes — and it is better to say so now than to design a store around a logo you are about to replace. Brand identity is work I do as well, so the store and the brand can be drawn together.
Which platform should I choose in Saudi Arabia?
Usually Salla or Zid. Both are Saudi, both handle local payment and shipping, and both put a checkout in front of your customer that they already recognise. The choice between them comes down to your catalogue and your team.
And in Egypt?
More often WooCommerce or Shopify, because the local payment options and the running costs are different. Selling into the Gulf from Egypt on Salla or Zid is a real strategy too, not a workaround.
Do you set the store up, or only design it?
On Salla I can design and set it up. On the other platforms the handover is written for a developer to build from, and I stay available through the build.
How much does it cost?
It is quoted per project, because a ten-product store and a two-hundred-product store are not the same job. Send me what you are selling and you will get a number, not a range.
